What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?
The database backend offers a comfortable database maintenance system. The standard database tools can be used to optimize query performance and control storage partitioning by users. This is made accessible to enable the technical team to optimize the system for massive document retrievals without the need to learn a proprietary language.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Security is implemented hastily and is also reliable. ACL may also be programmed to have sensitive network documentation accessible only to authorized staff. This program control of permissions meets with high-compliance audits.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile functions are not impressive. Custom construction of mobile interfaces among field engineers will be challenging because of documentation shortages and restrictive libraries. The platform is very desktop-oriented, which seems to be prehistoric in a rapidly evolving mobile world.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Install this as a safe internal document archive. Technical teams are able to manage the SQL foundation, but due to the absence of current integrated tools, the utility in a diverse engineering environment is limited.
