What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Everything that other products have, Constant Contact does it better or invented it. They are constantly innovating and ahead of the curve...never playing catch up. It is so refreshing using a product that is ahead of its time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop functionality makes it so that even someone with limited email marketing capabilities can build an effective, beautiful campaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't bother looking at competitors. Constant Contact is top tier and their support team is absolutely amazing.
