What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Constant Contact has helped me to market my products with ease. I like it since it makes my work more easier and efficient. It saves me a lot of time and money. It is a recommendable software for email marketing purposes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My experience with Constant Contact has been amazing so far. This great software makes my work more easier since i can collaborate with my customers from different countries across the world. I like how it is easy and simple to install and set up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not recorded any challenge since I started using Constant Contact. One of the best tools for email marketing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Constant Contact is amazing, fantastic and very effective. I recommend it.

I can’t use HTML to customize emails further

If you’re using it for e-commerce, design your email externally and export it as a JPG. It loads on multiple devices faster when you import it to constant contact

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Constant Contact is, in my opinion, less convoluted than the competitors. It has a large market share, brand recognition, and somebody that may not be familiar with email marketing can see the name, sign up, hop right in and send out an email. I don't know that the features are much different/better than competition, but I do know that CC does it very well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent database/contact management. I find it easier to work with than the other leading e-mail marketing platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The email builder was severely lacking. This was not a deal-breaker for us as we custom code HTML emails, but its UX might turn off some users. I'm not sure if they have upgraded their drag and drop email builder as we don't have a need for it, but as it was when we last tried it, it just wasn't the right fit for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
CC has many useful features and just works. It delivers emails, handles contacts and segments with ease, and allows you to send unlimited emails monthly. This is a great platform, especially for an up-and-coming business that is trying to watch their budget but get their message out at the same time.
