What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact is, in my opinion, less convoluted than the competitors. It has a large market share, brand recognition, and somebody that may not be familiar with email marketing can see the name, sign up, hop right in and send out an email. I don't know that the features are much different/better than competition, but I do know that CC does it very well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent database/contact management. I find it easier to work with than the other leading e-mail marketing platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email builder was severely lacking. This was not a deal-breaker for us as we custom code HTML emails, but its UX might turn off some users. I'm not sure if they have upgraded their drag and drop email builder as we don't have a need for it, but as it was when we last tried it, it just wasn't the right fit for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

CC has many useful features and just works. It delivers emails, handles contacts and segments with ease, and allows you to send unlimited emails monthly. This is a great platform, especially for an up-and-coming business that is trying to watch their budget but get their message out at the same time.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

The product is predictable, easy to use and lets us email on a massive scale every day. We have a large volume of clients who rely on mass-email campaigns to drive product views and ultimately sales. 99% of the time there is a direct correlation to our mass-email campaigns and sales for our clients. Constant Contact allows us to quickly or scheduled deploy custom content emails to a wide variety of procured recipient lists and it rarely if ever gives us difficulty or fails to deploy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple. Easy to use. Fast. Reliable. Easy to train newcomers on the interface. Easy to integrate with out data systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's not much to dislike. Delivery (non spam) rates are perfect and predictable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try. You won't regret it and it has become a staple in the mass-email delivery world.

It is much more than just email software, it has allowed us to create emails and programs in a professional way, especially to obtain an improvement in terms of analysis and adjustments, there are also excellent tools to ensure that newsletters are compatible with mobile devices , this platform also provides value-added features such as database management options, performance improvement tips, and analytical feedback, it has been my go-to source for email marketing for years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the efficiency of the reports and statistics and the automations are great, I also love the templates that are pre-made because they are easy to manipulate or edit to look like your business, it has a simple interface and great customer service teams. customer to help you, I also love the fact that they already have pre-saved templates for you to choose from, I also like that we can keep a sequential check on our marketing data to continue with graphics, images and videos, it is practical to use, its manageability is flexible and all in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is difficult to change the configuration of the designs of an email, it is also annoying that some companies block the entry of these emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good option for someone who is just starting with email systems, this is the ideal tool for that type of user, I highly recommend it.
