I enjoy how easy it is to create lists for continual interaction. It's simple to make a layout for our company's newsletter. I also appreciate getting data statistics on view rates and having non-openers automatically resent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can simply send and receive emails and newsletter communications. the data about who is receiving and responding on certain portions of the emails I can also make that and plan it to be sent at a subsequent date. I'm prepared for it to depart.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few of the processing, particularly when adding photos or videos, might be a touch tedious. We too can't manually update an unsubscribed client. I'd want to see more formatting choices as well.

If you're searching for a broad marketing platform, it's absolutely worth a go. If you really are unclear about how it will perform or how successful it'll be, I'd suggest using it at just once. This eliminates the necessity to send mass emails from private email accounts and permits us to interact via software.

Personalization is possible, though its basic which allows the insertion of only a couple of contact details. Abundant templates are available to begin with. But one can also start from scratch and create your own desirable template. Segments can also be created from contact activity, tags, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sadly, but truly, it has a low price to performance ratio. Upon comparison of the features, it offers and the price it asks for, users can only be disappointed. Very minimum automations, as compared to many other newsletter services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this newsletter service if you want to manage event invitations, registrations, etc. but that too has a price for each ticket sold or for each transaction carried out. However, if you need advanced, automated features, then unfortunately you are at the wrong doorstep.
