What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
Among Marketo's many impressive features, its integrations stand out as being crucial to obtaining a comprehensive service that completely satisfies the needs of the business. Marketo has integrations with a variety of different software and also can integrate with third parties through Zapier, making it a full and superb integration tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The BEST integration ability of our system allows us to sync data and company and contact information to communicate through marketing, so we can sync data and company and contact records. It syncs with our account-based marketing campaigns, enabling us to follow up with prospects at exactly the right time, based on the lead scores and actions It is a really fantastic tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software needs to be ramped up and onboarded well before it can be fully utilized. It would be good if you could improve Marketo's search function because it can be challenging to find the needed content with its current search capabilities. This utility presents certain difficulties for new users. Report customization should be more versatile. Many reports are useless.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Now that Marketo Engage is part of the Adobe ecosystem, it actually "plays nice" with other Adobe products. Considering that my company is an "Adobe shop," Marketing is a great way to interface with AEM and other platforms. In addition to its intuitive user interface (UI), the program has a variety of features and capabilities that are easy to discover, which makes it especially useful given the variety of features and capabilities it has.
