What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can go from basic email blasts to complex, triggered journeys without breaking a sweat. For instance, we’ve set up a drip campaign targeting biotech clients at different stages of their buying journey
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, the reporting interface can be a bit of a hassle. You’d think with all the data it collects, it would be smoother to pull out exactly what you need. Instead, it feels like you’re always just a few clicks away from the perfect report but never quite there
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Marketo is a powerhouse, but it’s not exactly lightweight. Then, make sure you’ve got the right team in place to manage it.

Adobe Marketo Engage differentiates itself through seamless integration with Adobe's suite, scalability, robust lead management, advanced personalization, AI-driven analytics, multi-channel support, a strong community, and flexible deployment options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best things about Marketo is the ability to leverage it as a B2B platform. Being able to level contacts up to the account level is essential when you're working at a Saas platform that deals with B2B customers. Marketo has really powerful database capabilities and comprehensive syncs to other platforms, which makes it a standout product to work with. It does everything we need and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the disadvantage of Adobe Marketo Engage is that the trial version does not have all the functions that the software really offers, which may you hesitate at the beginning to hire the service, but once you have purchased the full package, it difficult to find any disadvantage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before you decide on Adobe Marketo Engage, make sure it can grow with your business, works well with your other tools, has clear pricing, and offers good support and training.
