What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

-Marketo Engage offers cutting edge technology that helps us plan, engage and personalize customer's journey. -Customer journey management needs tools that can visualize what's going to happen at every step. Thanks to Marketo Engage we can flat out every stage, channel and touchpoint to craft powerful experiences from acquisition to revenue. -It's automated account based marketing & account profiling narrows down our choices to the best accounts & leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With 'Smart Campaigns', it's easy to connect with customers when, where & how they want. -Another major time saver is the web personalization feature which helps us be consistent and relevant across all the segments and touchpoints. -Customizable dashboards help 'Marketing' see sales engagement data & helps 'Sales' see actionable marketing engagement insights. -For face to face customer interactions and live events it has specialized tools to plan, scale & market events so that we can hit the attendance numbers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We encounter different types of error messages in Marketo Engage that are hard to remove. These errors arise due to various conditions such as a misspelled campaign name in a flow step or an unintended result. Adobe should work on some notifications that help us locate the source of such errors quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adobe Marketo Engage makes it easy to do all the thinking ahead of time so that our marketing campaign's launch and workflows go smoothly. It's easy enough for any skill level to use.

What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

Cross channel engagement is an area where Adobe engage excels the most for me. Adobe engage makes it possible to organize marketing campaigns from a centralized hub. This enable us to conveniently customize and automate triggers , based on a customers previous, current or predicted future activity/action. Adobe's ability to activate these triggers through email marketing, in-app push notifications, sms messaging or even through specified social media messenger platforms is what differentiates it from similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adobe has a dynamic personalized journey feature, that I have got a close connection to as a user. This tool identifies and prioritizes leads, providing more insight into our sales pipeline, thereby automatically nurturing leads .We have made this process better by synchronizing Marketo ( Adobe Engage ) with our in-house Customer relationship management (CRM) system to create an automated workflow that tracks customer interaction on both integrated software and notifying our sales team when a sales prospect is ready to be engaged on either end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email marketing part of Adobe engage is not intuitive and this translates to a steep learning curve for new users. Asides this, we have sometimes run into trouble with its integration with Salesforce and the inability of its auto-identification system to properly identify duplicated email data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The need to make adequate use of large scale data generated from day to day operational interaction with our customers and create unique customer experiences at scale via channels like email marketing and sms marketing is why we adopted Adobe engage. Adobe's Artificial intelligence (AI) technology leverages our customer data to automate complex marketing tasks and workflows, to help find and segment new sales prospects and target audiences across a variety of marketing channels.

They have the history in the space and the time to innovate over the years. they are a full fledged solution.

Ability to achieve so many different outcomes for a business. lead segmentation, email marketing, reporting, etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is very old and clunky. its 2023 guys cmon

be sure to know what you need, and if you need the full power of Marketo. its a powerful and deep tool, so if you need something simple and cheaper look elsewhere.
