What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, customizability, Rich and scalable API

What do you dislike most about this product?

User Interface could be improvised and made more efficient and less resource consuming. Ability to access the instance OTG via PDAs

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider going for the product if you are planning to have a well planned strategy pre-implementation!
