What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign stands out because it gives a perfect mix of email marketing and automation in one place. The automation is way more advanced compared to many other tools, and it actually helps save time once you set it up. Plus, it’s pretty smooth to use once you get the hang of it, and the integrations with other apps make it even more useful for daily work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about ActiveCampaign is its automation. Once you set it up, it basically runs everything on its own from sending emails to following up with leads. It saves a lot of time and keeps things consistent without me having to manually check everything. Because when we have heavy workflow just because of this we can manage that flow easily since it saves the time a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that it can feel a bit complex in the beginning. There are so many options and settings that it takes some time to get used to everything. Also, the pricing goes up as your contacts increase, which can get a bit expensive over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re planning to use ActiveCampaign, I’d say go for it if you want strong automation and are okay spending a bit of time setting it up in the beginning. Once it’s running, it really makes things easier. But if you’re just starting out or have a small list, it might feel a bit advanced and slightly pricey. I would recommend trying the free trial first to see if it fits your needs and workflow before fully committing.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It stands out because its automation features are way more flexible than most. You can build really detailed workflows without jumping through hoops, and it actually connects your email marketing with a built-in CRM, so you don't need a bunch of separate tools. The segmentation and personalisation options are also a big step up from other platforms I’ve tried. In short, it feels like everything’s joined up and just works, which saves time and headaches.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation builder is really intuitive and flexible and you can set up pretty complex workflows

Definitely learn to use the automation builder - it works really well and its worth the time to learn.
