If people are the primary source of value creation then leaders need to ensure their HR department is adequately reporting on people metrics and giving these measurements equal time and energy as more traditional ones.

      Recruiting metrics are certainly important! The three metrics mentioned in this article are focused on understanding characteristics of the workforce that directly contribute to, or measure, the overall productivity, but it wasn’t meant to suggest that these are the only three that matter.
