      Recruiting metrics are certainly important! The three metrics mentioned in this article are focused on understanding characteristics of the workforce that directly contribute to, or measure, the overall productivity, but it wasn’t meant to suggest that these are the only three that matter. Our Metrics Library contains a wealth of different HR metrics that can be used to measure efficiency, effectiveness, or help calculate ROI of various HR processes including recruiting, or you could review the Bad Hire Cost Calculator for help calculating both the cost of hiring and the amount of money that is wasted through poor hiring decisions.
