​Over the last two years, McLean & Company has been researching the leadership paradigm; in particular, looking to answer the question “why is leadership failure so prevalent?” What we found is that leaders, and by extension organizations, are hampered by poor decision making, insufficient adaptability, and a lack of followership. This is further complicated by our volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
