What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
microsoft teams looked like a maze that we tried for month. zoom workplace is the best because it’s powerful without being confusing. the whiteboard tool is in fact usable on a call, by contrast with the shoddy alternatives. it is so end-user (not just it department) centric, that it feels like someone designed this for people who actually do work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the video filters and lighting adjustments are a godsend for those early morning calls before i’ve had my coffee. I also like the “huddles” feature for those fast, informal sessions of brainstorming that don’t require a formal calendar invite.” the audio (with one exception related to my own internet connection on rainy days) is consistently clear. it feels very professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it powers a lot of battery on my macbook. if i’m on calls for three hours and not plugged in, then my laptop is basically dead by lunch.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you want something clean and fast that just works then go with this. it’s the best investment i’ve ever made for our internal communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I can't look unprofessional while I'm talking to clients outside of my company, which is why Zoom is the greatest. Google Meet is too casual, while Webex feels ancient and clumsy. Zoom has the right mix of professional capabilities and ease of use. It's a big plus that my clients don't have to download an account to join through the online connection. It makes it easier for others to get in, which helps me complete sales faster and keeps the conversation going.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how much control it affords me as a host. I feel quite confident that I can manage the waiting room, silence people who have loud backgrounds, and decide who can share their screens. The screen sharing itself is quite clear. I regularly have to present complicated spreadsheets, and on other platforms, the lettering looks blurry. But with Zoom, my clients can easily understand the data. The annotation tools are also great for pointing out certain contracts or design features during the conversation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be hard to figure out how to set up security. There are so many switches in the backend that I sometimes worry that I have accidentally locked someone out. It can take a few minutes of searching to find the perfect place for regular meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the only choice I would make for sales teams and consultants. The presentation features and video quality are better than those of the competition. A seamless, high-quality video conversation sets a professional tone that helps your clients trust you right away.

The platform is much easier to use and navigate as compared to its peers and easily scalable for large audiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Advanced AI integration of third party tools like Jira and Slack enabling cross platform workflows and tasks, is a standout feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
File sharing capabilities within the platform can be improved upon as they lack structure and context.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If they regularly hold large webinars or meetings, it is the go to choice. If already integrated a different system, they can review their requirements and accordingly decide.
