What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
All the expense tracking programs are pretty much the same. However, Zoho Expense when bundled with the Zoho One suite allows full blown integration between numerous other products. I love how Zoho Expense can send an email when a certain expense is entered. The reporting is much stronger than Quickbook and everything in Zoho Expense is flexible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting makes my like so easy. Seeing exactly how much I spend for signs, lockboxes, business cards, flyers, etc is a game changer. Plus the integration between other Zoho products of the Zoho One Suite is absolutely a game changer for any small business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it had a mileage tracker or even an auto mileage tracking. That's one expense everyone struggles to enter or remember exactly how much it costs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are running a small business Zoho Expense will save you a ton of time and money. However, if you use Zoho Expense with the Zoho One suite, your entire organization will function like a large corporation. You'll have tools, reporting and tons of other enhancements to make your business fly.

What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
ZOHO is less pricey as compared to other applications available in the Market. They have a really knowledgeable customer and IT implementation team, they are well-trained and subject matter experts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really love the Integration capability of ZOHO; it is very simple and approval expense approval flow is very well designed
What do you dislike most about this product?
It supports multiple markets in their local currencies, so the employees when they travel, can use the original currency of purchase, and ZOHO will convert it to their preferred currency of refund.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
new established enterprises and startup always have manual handling of expenses, they cant afford expensive application available in market. Zoho is incredible from small scale business to large scale business. It give full control of accept/reject/change of expense to user and approver. It has an email functionality to update about all statuses.
