What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
The level of automation in expenditure management is truly remarkable. It greatly enhances efficiency across the board, from capturing receipts to producing reports. The improvement in speed and accuracy of expenditure monitoring has the dual effect of making expense reporting easier and the reimbursement process speedier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing staff spending is a breeze with this tool, which we adore. Each expense can be assigned a unique category, and advancements and staff expenditures can be tracked. Once a report is accepted, it is synced to Books, which serves as our accounting software. Setting up automatic report creation, staff reminders to mention spending, and two-person report approval is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's almost flawless, but then again, nothing is. It would be great if, in addition to the detail, the note or description of the expense could be synchronized to Zoho Books when we sync our spending.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Zoho Expense, you can simplify your financial reporting, which will save you time and cut down on mistakes.

What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
This is a great product which allows you to track expenses in a single view, shows duplicated charges, and its approval settings really help improve the expending culture in the company. In addition, has a Free Plan for us as we are on ZOHO One plan.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to capture receipts and expenses and that it links up to my Zoho Books so it only needs to be captured once. I love the approval feature for employees and the reimbursements too - it just makes admin much easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I just found that the jargon of the software was not that straightforward. I ended up with a problem on my main Zoho Books because of logging the receipts incorrectly and some were duplicated which caused some confusion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Setting aside the minor inconvenience regarding the Chart of Accounts, the rest of the program is 100% accurate, 100% of the time. I have had zero downtime with this program and trust the information to be consistently accurate.
