Combined with its seamless integration into the ITSM platform, the asset/lifecycle visibility it gives is rare in this market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of TeamDynamix Sassafras is how seamlessly it connects IT service management with detailed asset and license tracking. Having real-time visibility into software usage and device inventory within the same platform makes troubleshooting, license optimization, and compliance tracking much faster and easier. It genuinely improves both efficiency and decision-making for the IT team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
