Smartsheet is exceptional at helping us manage large and complex projects with over 20 tasks with ease. Its ease of use and user-friendly interface allows new users to adapt fast. The workflow capabilities are amazing they automate all our time-consuming tasks. The collaboration tool also has enabled us to communicate and work efficiently on projects with ease. Its integration with third-party applications has helped us to distribute information with ease. In addition, it offers robust security that keeps all data protected from theft or hacking. It offers robust reports that give greater visibility and help in making of decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the transparency it offers for all our projects. We can share and view the information in ways we have never imagined before. All our teams are working and collaborating in real-time and we have seen an increase in productivity. Smartsheet is flexible and secure to keep all our sensitive information protected. Its ease of use has enabled us to submit data across our organization. We are more organized and tasks can be assigned easily and keep track of them. We can prioritize tasks from the most important which has enabled us to increase our ROI and productivity at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As more departments continue to embrace Smartsheet. productivity is increasing and we are not planning t switch from using the tool. I have nothing i dislike about Smarsheet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The moment you understand how Smrtsheet works, you will find ideas that were dormant for some time will be implemented since you have a system that works magic. You will find yourself going for bigger visions and achieving more than ever before. All your projects is managed and organized nicely and increased productivity is one of the key things that you notice. Teams can collaborate at real-time and you can make decisions based on the data received on the reports. I highly recommend using Smarsheet.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It adds the tasks according to their dependencies while allowing the to create the customized dashboard. It also facilitates with easy web publishing by filtering the content and allowing integrations to get data from database and export clean looking PDF file ready to deliver to the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very beneficial software for assigning and tracking the projects progress just like spreadsheet with some added and flexible features. One of the more highlighted features includes reminder notification which keeps your team working on schedule.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It allows a smaller number of documents to be uploaded per ticket rest has to be uploaded manually. And access of file can’t be given to any individual without providing access to the whole team. Other than that, no free versions are available and the costs of its basic package is very high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is not just a task or productivity app but its a whole new opportunity to connect with others and expand your organization by achieving even more. It allows you to communicate, manage and report to work in real time which automates the workflow and create new processes at scale.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I like how SmartSheets moves employees away beyond solitary Excel files and into a setting where they retain control while sharing a single copy of any report they make. There will be no more numerous copies of the very same spreadsheet shared by various persons. I like how normal users can generate extremely nice reports and that it was all on the web, so there is no need for servers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our intermediate and upper-grade executives may build visually appealing reporting and monitoring materials. It helps make it lot simpler to measure KPIs that were not in our ERP, and most of all, this can be handled by managers who understand their info and info needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only criticism of SmartSheets would be that I wish it could link to the records found on our SQL server. The present system only allows for native filling by copy / paste, which would be more tough to keep track with as compared to dynamic or recurring data plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Employees will be required to utilize Excel, which may cause a slew of issues, most notably the existence of reports or computations that individuals are unaware of, although with SmartSheet, the whole department could observe what was happening and remark if anything is inaccurate.
