What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet is used by a number of corporate divisions to keep track of the production and distribution of all the materials we deal with. It guarantees that everyone is held responsible and informed on every project that month. To ensure that other teams are aware of what is in-house, what is not, and what to expect/when to expect it, we also keep track of the assets that we bring in to work on these projects. We share these sheets with other teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact it is online and shared among all users and the possibility of commenting on the tasks

What do you dislike most about this product?

The iOS App could be a little more intuitive. Some care is needed for UX. In comparison to other platforms, it appears outdated. The training materials for new users may be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is one of the most comprehensive software for professionals. It has many different templates that will fit your needs. Making a collaborative project with Smartsheet is very easy and effective. It has lots of features including Gantt charts and collaborative comments.
