It's spreadsheet-like Interface. Users comfortable with Excel can easily navigate and manage projects within the grid-based layout. This lowers the learning curve for teams already accustomed to spreadsheets.

1.The view cell history and the activity is a superb tool, changes made in a individual cell with the data and time are easily available. 2.Also ,adding reminders (ensures timely completion without delays), attachments (helps inattaching supporting documents) in each row is a great feature. 3. Preparation of Interactive dashboards and Gantt charts enables data visualization in a simplified manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. We can’t open smartsheets in desktop app like excel 2. Multiple tabs can’t be opened in a single spreadsheet 3. We can’t use excel shortcuts like ctrl a , ctrl alt down and others in smartsheets

Smartsheets is a power packed tool with the potential to takeover the market currently catering to Microsoft Excel. The ability to add reminders, attachments, create interactive dashboards and Gantt charts makes it a preferred and perfect tool for office use.
