What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

One of Smartsheet’s biggest strengths is its flexibility. It’s like a combination of a spreadsheet and a project management tool, which makes it adaptable to various types of projects. You can create anything from simple task trackers to complex project plans with dependencies, timelines, and automated workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet is easy to use and has great features that allow project teams to share project status acorss stakeholders. From dashboards to built in automation/workflows, Smartsheet makes it easy to collect and disseminate project updates with team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet isn't the cheapest option, especially when you compare it to some of its competitors. While I appreciate the features and flexibility, the pricing can add up if you're a small team or if you're only using it for basic project management needs. If you're a larger organization, the cost might be more justifiable due to the wide range of features, but for smaller teams or simpler projects, it may feel like you’re paying for more than you need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended tool for all type of users for managing work with automations.
