Ability to customize and integration across the business. Increase in tools and features to benefit not just HR but across the organization.

The Analysts module has so much potential

It can be somewhat clunky in using each module of success factors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may have to update procedures to minimize meet the system setup without having to customize.

Have an end to end demo of all modules before implementing understand the capabilities of each feature and define a solid business process then start implementing and this brings leap to success of your organisation
