Reliability & easy interface. Familiarity with SAP suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most of T-code as customized for our company as per the need. Learning curve for novice people in operations is really less.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Updates in the product compare to industry are bit late. But it is most reliable one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best in the business. Go for it.

OTC process very intuitive, ease of integrations and addons including EDI, Boyum etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of EDI integrations, table and field structure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The wish there was more available career choices in the current job market supporting SAP EDI integrations.
