I love how I can make updates myself without emailing HR for every little thing.

I dislike the fact that it's slow during high- volume times.

I'll recommend that you make a list of your core needs and compare them with what paycom offers out of the box.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
User friendly when it comes to reports. You always get a person on the phone when you need them, you arent sent through some endless phone tree just to leave a message and not get called back for 24 to 48 hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite is the Employee Self Service for our employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I can think of
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You will be walked through the whole process and not left to just figure it out.
