What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
The interactions with the Client Services Team. Very easy to use. The system lists the categories and makes information easy to find. The iWant feature was great for our Managers who are "on the go" and need to find information quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycom makes it easy to manage leave information for FMLA, track Workplace injuries and create annual reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much to dislike. I am looking forward to Paycom maybe giving more options to customize reports. There are many options now and I'm still learning, but there are some features I hope they change or add.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom makes it easy to track information. From the Onboarding process all the way to Payroll. It has a communication feature that makes it easy to get messages to all employees in the company. Especially when they don't have email.
