What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Was supposed to be more flexible. Not quite so for our strange little group

Personally the dashboard my staff created

Very hard to use multiple filters ans sorts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depends on their business. If you have many non standard procedures (albeit best practices) this can be limiting.
