What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom HCM automates just about all processes as well as integrates with other products which is a unique feature compared to most other products for the price. Through the automated processes we are able to stay up to date and have correct data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The training resources are endless with Paycom which has aided all users. The user interface is beautiful and easy to learn how to use for both HR, management and employees. I love how Paycom is always updating their software and the fact it can be used on multiple platforms and devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about Paycom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom is very user friendly, easy to learn, and very innovative so this would be an excellent product for anyone with employees. Employees have access to information relevant and accessible to them, managers can make updates, and HR can automate processes needed on their end. Overall a great product.
