What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom is used for expense management as well as other HR tasks such as recruiting, payroll, and performance management. We switched from a competitor to Paycom and found the software to be more intuitive and user-friendly than the one we had previously.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The team was extremely knowledgeable, performed the majority of the construction work, and made the entire process feel very smooth. We love that it's an all-in-one system because it eliminates so much error, makes our jobs a lot easier, and gives employees a lot of data ownership. After all, they know their data best! It's a hit with our employees and managers. They can easily approve things using their phones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The registration process was lengthy and time-consuming. This could take a little longer or a little shorter depending on the organization and employees' comfort level with various technologies. It took me a little less than an hour to sign up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom is a great fit for all of your HR and payroll needs. Benefits changes are seamlessly transferred to payroll, requiring only one entry rather than two, which can lead to data entry errors. Paycom allows you to focus on more important issues rather than shuffling paper, which is a huge benefit. It assists us in lowering our paper costs, allowing our company to be more environmentally friendly.
