What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paper employee files are no longer used at all. We have streamlined all of our HR processes, and all of our files are on Paycom. The time they have saved our HR department is enormous. Additionally, it lowers our costs by lessening paperwork and moving the company toward automated tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've never encountered an issue that Paycom couldn't solve. Paycom contains the whole employee life cycle, and I have access to employee files from anywhere. Hiring and payroll processes are now considerably more streamlined thanks to the inclusion of time and attendance and talent acquisition as components. The staff also have a user-friendly app that gives them access to all of their data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our interactions with their support staff aren't always consistent. When calling in help tickets, some people are more knowledgeable than others, and occasionally we hear "Oh can't do that," but when we ask the same question again, we hear "Yes you can do that this is how."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In terms of staff management, we advise Paycom. It is utilized for payroll, benefits, record keeping, timekeeping, payroll, and the onboarding of new employees. By keeping track of the number of employees and their hours worked, it improves the quality of our work. Reports are generated, and we are informed when they are ready for analysis.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
It took some time to get up and running, but this appears to be standard practice when switching HR management software and downloading large amounts of data. Paycom's offer to share files and other resources with employees made this easier. We chose it because it was an excellent tool in general.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycom is incredibly easy to use. There is no requirement for training. On the first day, new staff may jump right in and start using it. It also centralizes practically all HR activities, such as timecards, time off, insurance enrollment, payroll, performance reviews, and training checklists. Paycom makes the setup process simple and painless. The reporting feature is unrivaled in the industry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it came to tax set-up, revenues, and deductions, I struggled to understand some of the jargon. They were quite helpful in demonstrating how everything translated, but my mind was swimming at first. For a beginner, it is a little tough at first, but after some practice, it becomes second nature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For employee management, we recommend Paycom. Onboarding new staff, record keeping, recordkeeping, payroll, and benefits are all done with it. It manages all of our employees' information and makes our lives easier, as well as reduces our working hours and costs. Paycom was actually a fantastic tool for us.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom offers excellent and efficient payroll processing, rewards management, performance management, and recruitment management for our organization. It accomplishes a lot for us and meets our requirements. Human errors do happen, and having a product like Paycom can help us avoid them a lot more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycom is used for spending management as well as other HR duties like recruiting, payroll, and performance management. We migrated from our old working tool to Paycom and found the software to be more intuitive and user-friendly than our former provider. Excellent client service is provided to us. Any time we have a query or an issue, we receive a prompt response.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took more time to use the tool because everything needed to know was there before, which is actually a time-consuming and irritating process, but the videos and other materials Paycom offered to share with employees made this easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe our mandated reporting has gone considerably more smoothly as a result of the information we were able to enter directly into the system. We have a dedicated customer service representative. Paycom assists us in customizing the system to meet our requirements. Open enrollment and performance reviews are quite simple to utilize. This is something I suggest to everyone.
