Highly scalable and easy to manage. Great for reporting. Time and attendance management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Employee data security and management. Performance management and follow up. Great user Interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile application is not user friendly. Integration with POS is not easy.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

We converted to Paycom a long time ago although I regret we didn't do it sooner. Making personnel changes is saving me a tonne of time while assisting me in making the process easier and easier. Employees must now update their addresses, authorize tax withholding, check their timesheets, and approve their paychecks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Paycom system is simple to use for managers, employees, and administrators alike (for our entire staff). Payroll processing is quick, and we can easily make import files for journal vouchers to submit to MIP, our accounting system. We always receive a prompt response to any questions or problems we may have through their wonderful and responsive support service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many problems that can be resolved compared to competitors. There is a small learning curve at first because the system is sturdy and thorough. After roughly 30 minutes of system exploration, though, this disappears. Apart from that, this is a good, trustworthy product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it and see how Awesome Paycom is! They were in charge of implementation from the beginning and were skilled at what they did. They came to the location and joined us for our first live paycheck. For our second live payroll, they then picked up the phone. We have onsite meetings four times a year to talk about the product. The system is constantly operational and stable.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Paper employee files are no longer used at all. We have streamlined all of our HR processes, and all of our files are on Paycom. The time they have saved our HR department is enormous. Additionally, it lowers our costs by lessening paperwork and moving the company toward automated tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've never encountered an issue that Paycom couldn't solve. Paycom contains the whole employee life cycle, and I have access to employee files from anywhere. Hiring and payroll processes are now considerably more streamlined thanks to the inclusion of time and attendance and talent acquisition as components. The staff also have a user-friendly app that gives them access to all of their data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our interactions with their support staff aren't always consistent. When calling in help tickets, some people are more knowledgeable than others, and occasionally we hear "Oh can't do that," but when we ask the same question again, we hear "Yes you can do that this is how."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of staff management, we advise Paycom. It is utilized for payroll, benefits, record keeping, timekeeping, payroll, and the onboarding of new employees. By keeping track of the number of employees and their hours worked, it improves the quality of our work. Reports are generated, and we are informed when they are ready for analysis.
