What differentiates OptiSigns from other similar products?
Ive seen a lot of software with the same features and user interface. Screencloud for example. Our team picked this software because of the deal they offered.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I chose, it would be the ability to schedule amongst all stores.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cookie cutter software. Could use more included features for the price.

From an accounting standpoint. They had the best deals that no other vendor offered. Or at least offered with their current service ability and features.

What differentiates OptiSigns from other similar products?
Optisigns has the best looking as well as easiest to use control panel that I've seen. It also has a fantastic system for adding and scheduling content for multiple locations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can create my own content and add it to any location at any time, in real time. When you manage over 30 locations, content can, and usually differs between markets. I can Add personalized information for each community we are in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have anything to dislike at the moment. If I had to pick something, I would say price is slightly higher than what I'd like to pay for. I did receive a lifetime discount through a promotion program for new customers. This was the ticket for me to buy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jump into digital. Static signage just isn't doing it anymore for customers who are so use to digital screens. Optisigns is a fantastic retail solution to that problem.
