Great RMM to provide remote support
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
Remote support only requires that the endpoints be connected to the internet to be accessible. Works well for either a single customer or in an MSP environment. MDM options such as we use for Apple products are also included limiting the need for additional MDM solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to connect to Windows based PCs in the background so that changes can be made without interrupting the End User.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Apps added on like the Apple MDM solution require navigation through a specific series of windows unlike built in features that can be reached through numerous routes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This currently is structured best for MSP companies so I would seriously consider this if running an MSP. However it works quite well in all business environments. I would suggest considering all of the available features that can be added on before deciding which options to go with.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy

Very capable tool held back by thin documentation
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
Having used PDQ Connect concurrently with NinjaOne, I do like how end users are able to pull applications from the toolbar and have them automatically deployed. I'm not certain if PDQ offers this capability, but it has cut down on ticket volume significantly when an overwhelming majority of them have been requests for software install
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A unified platform for remote support, software and script deployment, and endpoint remediations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quick timeout for user sessions that require answering an MFA request each time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not have the user sessions time out so quickly so that we don't need to satisfy MFA prompts every hour.
Pros
- Acts with Integrity
- Security Protects
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Less Transparent
- Wastes Time
- Less Reliable
