What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

I like that it's a clean interface that makes it simple and easy to learn/run. Helps me assist remote workers as well as keep track of assets and make sure they're running effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote feature, saves me a ton of time in travel and headache!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Creating automations can sometimes be a bit confusing, but it isn't terrible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! Been the best decision we made switching over to it,

We haven't tried any other products, other than Ninja One

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of NinjaOne RMM is its centralized dashboard, which makes it easy to monitor devices, manage updates, troubleshoot issues remotely, and keep systems running smoothly from one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main downside is that some advanced features can take time to learn

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend taking advantage of the free trial to test the remote monitoring, patch management, and remote access features in your own environment. And see the difference with Ninja rmm
