Flexibility and high level of customization. We really can do almost whatever we imagine.

Talent and performance management, even culture management, all in one.

Some views that are not available (for example, when you are admin you only have that view and you can't shift between roles).

Give it time to get to know it, play with it and imagine where you can get your organization while using it..

Nala is critical in people management

What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

Human resources departments spend a lot of time mapping talent and gathering information about our employees, but by the time we have it, it is already out of date. Therefore, having a platform like Nala that allows you to have real-time information form decision-making is critical in people management. I do not know any other platform that provides all that kind of information in the market in Chile like Nala. Others platform only have some features but not all of them, and they do not have 9box and talent mapping that is a very hard and critical job for HR.

Talent mapping, employee engagement, easy to use and friendly, real-time information

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should al least try i in on area of the company for three months and see the results for the business
