What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The plug and play type and ease of use is something I liked the most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support follow was a little delayed. Even though there was delay on support for the queries that we have raised, the team helped us by addressing our concerns. So I'm happy with the over experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great tool. Please try it and evaluate if it suits your business needs.

What differentiates Moveworks from other similar products?

It is easy to integrate with any other service tools like Service Now, CRM etc. It works fantastic right from the launch. Our Dev teams have integrated it with Microsoft Teams as well so that it's much easier now to interact with the chat bot assistant even on the go. Even though takes some time to implement with some minor complexities in parsing the data and API calls, it is well worth the time invested because it is super-fast and 100% efficient, I have seen/used multiple other such tools earlier but none of them had these many features and easy integration with multiple platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Currently we have move works integrated with service now in our organization and it saves us a lot of time by creating automated conversations using Natural language processing and predefined intents. It handles the complete flow from the moment user creates a request in service now till it is resolved. providing updates, intimating on SLAs and giving access to shortcuts wherever applicable with a chatbot interface. Totally it is a fantastic tool with ease of use and snappy performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything that I dislike about this product, However, needs some improvement on the community so that learning and using the tool can be much sophisticated and has far reach with audience across markets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best AI tools in the market with so much customizability, I can definitely say with confidence that it is very much worth considering compared to other tools.
