What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It's attached to the rest of our MIicrosoft Product Suite so that's why we're using it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Global search (I can search other documents as long as they're public, even if I don't own them)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sharepoint routinely has issues working with documents online...which leads to people downloading hard files and working on duplicate copies

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be cognizant of limitations and grant grace period for employees moving over from Google suite
