What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Just to name a few, MailChimp's combination of user-friendly features, marketing CRM, extensive integrations, advanced automation capabilities, scalability, and educational resources make it a popular choice for businesses of all sizes looking to streamline their email marketing efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User-friendly interface and Robust automation capabilities. I don't think I went through any learning or training to use this tool for my campaigns and that's the best part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing, limited customization to templates, and wish it had more design-oriented tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it without a doubt especially if you are a new startup and need flexibility to scale up in the future.

It is a pretty cheap in terms of cost but when it comes to features, it comes with a loads of them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of running different campaigns and reporting on the outcomes and productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I just want them to suggest more detailed OOTB analytics could take this product a long way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is a saviour and definitely worth a shot.
