The user interface is the clearest and most straightforward one I've ever used. Its long history and ongoing addition of new useful capabilities make it a very strong and feature-rich tool for email marketing while maintaining an intuitive user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can have a variety of subscription groups to suit our organization's demands and communicate with people in a targeted manner. We can keep track of who opens our mails and adjust our tactics as necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The message now displays as it does in the Mailchimp preview when it is sent to an Outlook user. When I contacted Mail Chimp customer service, they advised me to employ a third-party code writer to adapt the HTML code for our purposes because they said this was a recognised problem.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Any business that doesn't already have a CRM or email marketing platform in place should check out Mailchimp. Building expanding the tech stack and adding extra features like the automatic newsletter registration at checkout, automated cart abandonment emails, and discount emails for new signups are wonderful additions when using an e-commerce platform like Woocommerce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the reports it produces. You can see who opened it, who clicked on it, who unsubscribed, who bounced back, and more information about your audience. You can obtain results for each user of a poll. Additionally, you have the option of sending the newsletter again to any recipients who did not open it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be fair, Mailchimp doesn't claim to be a universal CRM and has sensibly kept its attention on its primary offering, email marketing. For the chapter on abhorrence, there isn't much that stands out in my memory, but a few things come to mind: Mailchimp is gradually reducing the size of its emotional support network, and replaying help messages has more room to reach the client. So, yeah, this is one aspect of Mailchimp I hate.
