What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Provides a free plan and lets you upgrade as needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As above, lets you sign up for free. Many other software products only provide a free trial period. With Mailchimp, you can use the free plan for as long as you need it and still have access to a wide range of features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimp has raised its prices and cut back on features for the free plan compared to a few years ago.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Mailchimp as a great way to start off building an email list.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

In my research of finding a software for personalized email marketing campaigns, mailchimp stood out to me for its ease of use and user friendly interface/reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of mailchimp is the dashboards. They have everything I need and easy to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some limitations that I feel should be included in the free plan such as the amount of templates

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell someone that mailchimp is a step above the rest when it comes to being a easy to use email marketing campaign platform

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Amount of features and their quality provided by MailChimp are really really appreciable, I'm using it from past few years on e-commerce website it really helped in improving ROI. We can easily create email campaigns, manage and track them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating workflows are really easy and the contact directory feature is really awesome and easy to manage. It really helps in improving product marketing and most importantly we can automate marketing campaigns through workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now I don't see any drawbacks or Feedback in the platform, really loving MailChimp.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MailChimp is the one of the best platform to get started with for email marketing campaigns and automatig them, anyone can easily integrate them with them e-commerce or services store. It will help you in improving your ROI and increasing business value.
