Unlike other Email Marketing tool, we can do everything related emails, newsletter, sending to targeted audience.

Management of leads and can have a detailed insights about the Email marketing

The pro version is too pricey for small scale businesses

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp stands out because it provides an easy way to collect contacts and engage inactive subscribers. It helps us draw clients to our sites and keep them engaged. It is easy to keep everyone active without spending too much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Mailchimp because it offers many email templates that make it easy to customize our emails depending on the target clients. It also helps us save time and create effective email campaigns. I also like the automation features that make it easy to identify clients to leave our site and keep them coming through our email campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price goes up as the subscribers list and loyal customers increase. Sometimes the emails we send end up in the spam folder, which affect the results of our email campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailchimp is a great platform if you know how to use it. Therefore, ensure you learn how to make good use of it, Apply different strategies to ee which one works best for you and your clients.

In Mailchimp its Very easy interface and also allows us to do third party integrations.

Mailchimp has very big library for the templets and and customization options allows for the high end creativity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing plan might not be as good for big businesses or those needing extra features.
