What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
It is standalone and accessed through the browser. It has some other features we didn't use, in our case it was being used as a subscription service to send products memos to our customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
straightforward templates to create and send out communications and email campagns quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For our use case it was not a good solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do some research first to make sure it is a solutoion to your issue first. We used it in good faith but ultimately decided against it

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp has the dedicated IP address which delivers the emails faster and at an affordable pricing compared to other tools like Brevo and Sendgrid which charges more per dedicated IP
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the email deliverability rate where emails are delivered on time and they never land into the spam folders, secondly the pricing of the tool is more affordable where more contacts are supported in an affordable packages. Secondly I like the customer care team who responds to technical questions on time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using the API documentation to integrate Mailchimp into our website is to collect email contacts and leads and as well support is only available to paid users

I would recommend the solution works better and is more affordable

Mailchimp definitely excels where we have to interact and market our services to our clients, it acts a unified and centralized platform for us where we can automate our email marketing needs combined with the CRM services as well. It differentiates itself on the basis of marketing automation which brings sequence in our outreach to clients. Once integrated and setup in a flow, it aligns all our operations and needs for the marketing combined with different platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp comes with easy integrations with different eCommerce platforms bringing easiness in email extraction and keepimg a track of the client data according to the usage category. It can provide templates, assorted content, email extraction, distribution, targeted marketing all in one place. It also offers marketing via ads which combined with the email marketing really bring up the results for us. It really offers a strong result based on the client behavior and their engagement with our content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mailchimp high result strategies revolves around higher paying features, most of the advanced automation and result oriented features are quite highly priced. So the pricing structure is not in accordance with small budget organizations. Rest all is good if you know what you're doing, you are definitely bound to get results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Set up mailchimp with the help of your IT team in order to unlock all the potential features to the max. Keep in view all of your long term needs and demands of the upcoming projects before committing to any priced package. The most integrated you stay with your other tools while working on MailChimp, the more coordinated your overall work is gonna be.
