What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The free version of it makes people use it to its highest extent. When upgrading the contacts - It does expand its features and functionality. The drag and drop feature of Mailchimp makes it the perfect choice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop feature for creating emails along with functionality around editing emails using coding (If one has knowledge) makes creating emails very easy for users. The split testing feature is another favourite thing for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many options for one to have templates, you will have to create everything almost yourself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a tool that is super easy to use, Mailchimp is highly recommended.
