What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that I liked the most about MailChimp is that it has an attractive system for creating advertising campaigns, and with an impressive design. MailChimp provides me with a simple creation, where you only have to insert the text that you want to place in the campaign, and insert the images, with this simple process you will quickly have a campaign ready in less than 10 minutes. In addition, the MailChimp panel provides me with excellent pre-designed templates that help me to give a more innovative design to my advertising campaigns, a neater design for all the information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I really didn't like about MailChimp is the campaign delivery and auto-responder system that exists for recipients with an "Outlook" inbox. Since using MailChimp, my clients have complained that ad campaigns take a long time to be received, sometimes it takes an entire day for them to be received in their inbox, and the autoresponder system also takes longer to send them. Automatic emails to clients with Outlook inbox. I would like there to be more optimization on this functionality.

My recommendation considering MailChimp is that this platform would be a fantastic implementation for any company, its ability to create, edit and send advertising campaigns to clients is fantastic, it has a much superior creation than other Email Marketing platforms. One of the favorite aspects that have stood out the most during my experience with MailChimp, is that this platform offers me a perfect monitoring of all the advertising campaigns that I have active, in this way I can establish a consecutive display of all the progress that I obtain in each one of them, and realize the positive or negative impact it is having on customers.
