What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

As a marketer for so long in my company I would like to say that we never had any issues with Mailchimp. It has been in our department as long as I can remember and never once in our wild thoughts we thought of switching with any other or advanced CRM because there is literally no need. We are happy and content with Mailchimp because it has all functionalities that our company needs and it is capable of growth and updates in the software as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp is considered to be a marketing platform that is fully and with everything included. From email and SMS marketing to ads, campaigns and postcards there is everything included. It has the best API because it helps us save lots of time with customer engagement and it send them right thing at the right time a true champ we have in here!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is the opposite of what the software itself is, they lack in response very badly. Of course we are using the software and we by now know much things but when we are stuck somewhere we need to rely on YouTube and Google rather their own customer support team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a reliable software that would help you with the management of your marketing on a whole platform, Mailchimp is your guy! It’s is very reasonable when it comes to pricing and it gets the job done in the most perfect manner. Give it a try if you are small business, Mailchimp is a specialized choice for small businesses.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The best part regarding Mailchimp program is it is straightforward and quick for using; we may receive approximately 2000 free subscription members list. Its interface is very simple to use and explore. Mailchimp has a huge range of email templates. The Mailchimp email templates are absolutely stunning. A detailed report is aesthetically appealing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When we use the Mailchimp program, we can simply build email campaigns by selecting a pre-built template from its extensive library. We may deliver the email newsletter to all subscribers automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Something I don't like about Mailchimp is its fairly expensive cost; if you've a large number of virtual subscribers, you will need to pay more money to operate with such a program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to grow your business online through e-mail promotion, Mailchimp is just the ideal program to employ.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The first 200 leads are free, so you will not be charged unless you go big

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Same answer, first 200 leads are free, beginners and startups have chance to experiment on this without being charged a penny

What do you dislike most about this product?

Leads duplication count as separate leads and charges accordingly. They should adapt ActiveCampaign model that if even if a lead (or contact) is in multiple list, it will still be counted as a single contact and will not be duplicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a zero investment to experiment this tool. Check and see if this suits your needs.
