What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

the biggest differentiates is the business model of Mailchimp, you pay as you use, it reveloves around how many number of contacts you want to import in the tool and create sequence and send emails to your customer

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

my favourite aspect is attaching the case studies and notes to each drip program

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lead/contact scoring should be there and more customization and integration will help them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've been using mailchimp from last few years, the tool is rock solid and needs less customization to use.

It has great templates which many of its competitors lack.

One click email schedule and send and also we can clearly see open rates etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much but Mailchimp is costly in pricing as compared to its competitors with more features.
