Easy to use for a beginner. Perfect for a small business owner with no digital marketing experience at all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It integrates easily with Facebook and many other popular SaaS platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much advanced features, very basic platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are an experienced digital marketer, you will be disappointed by the lack of functionality

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Ease to use and very user-friendly User interface and GUI second thing user is more attracted towards user interface which is given by Mailchimp which give confidence to the user to use this product by this ease

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the best email delivery and email marketing tool and setup delivery email is very easy in other solutions sometimes. some features lack which is provided by Mailchimp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes pricing is the criteria which lead create confusion in user's minds for this reason being Mailchimp leads and as per our suggestion pricing factors should be flexible to stand in the market

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface is fantastic. It's lovely intuitive and simple to use. I have never had trouble locating something or figuring out how to complete a task. You should definitely try this.
