Mailchimp is easy to use, has many features in one place, I like the surveys and polls, building landing pages..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool was amazing on marketing my small business

Support is not active Can't delete emails from lists

I tried mailchimp and Drip, each comes with pros and cons, if you are looking for building landing pages, or event a website. choose mailchimp

The simplicity of use allows people with no programming knowledge to use it.

The marketing automation part is underdeveloped, they could look at how to get more out of it

If you need more advanced features buy the free version, and if you need more advanced features buy the paid version.
