It has an easy to set up journey system for automation that I like better than other products I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the built-in landing page and sign-up forms I can use to get people to subscribe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could have nicer looking campaign templates.

This is a great product for anyone needing a marketing campaign software that lets you send emails with automations.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The Mailchimp user interface is very intuitive which enhances the ease of creating and managing databases with tags and groups as compared to its similar products. A/B testing feature is also unique which allows refining emails through testing different subject lines, preheaders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp favourite aspect to me is visually appealing layout coupled with straightforward navigation has been commended by users for simplifying tasks like email creation , audience segmentation and campaign monitoring.The variety of tools available such as list management capabilities, customisable templates are also helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be helpful if it take advantage of at least one free automation for their email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Inuit MailChimp to business who wants to upgrade or new as the user interface is easy to navigate, they provide email campaign templates , and they even have on the spot help feature.It excels in bulk emails and reporting on those.
