What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Easily integrates with any CMS to automate the registration of new subscribers. Allows you to track users who have been interested in the information sent and create segmentation lists. It has many features that until recently were only available in much larger customer management platforms; For email software, there is more competition, with Prestashop, it integrates very easily, something that the other tools, it is not so simple. It is a good email tool and one of the most used for this and other issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has many advantages, such as order confirmation emails or abandoned cart reminder, journeys of registered customers, etc.. The panel is quite functional and usually gives good scores so as not to fall into spam. What I liked most about this software is that it offers a wide range of possibilities to personalize emails, to create automation campaigns and also has a lot of resources that you can use in the free plan.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some features that don't work as well as they should and need improvement. Sometimes with so many functions, it is difficult to locate all of them for someone who is trying to get started. Also keep in mind that for large bases, it can be a somewhat expensive alternative. There are also occasions where Mailchimp offers an integration with an online store, but when there is a problem with this integration, there is no support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ease of segmenting subscribers into different lists according to the needs and the different options for sending newsletters and emails with many elaborate templates. Ease of customization. In general it has been very positive. However, if you want to get the most out of it, you must have a person in charge of this task because it takes a lot of time to configure the campaigns properly if it is done manually. Mailchimp is undoubtedly the largest and most robust platform for what has to do with Mail Marketing. It has many options and what I like the most is that since it is so popular, many programs have the integration developed.

Mailchimp is easy to customize. I can easily automate emails using Mailchimp. Additionally, Mailchimp's support team is so reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about Mailchimp. Its features are all impressive.

This tool will improve your marketing efforts, hence, helping you to reach more customers.
