What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Honestly I liked MailChimp for the simple features. I was not bogged down with useless(for my purpose) features. Anything I did not want to engage in was not thrown in my face constantly like other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity of features. Not having a constant reminder that I'm not "upgrading" to plans that I simply do not need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly I cant think of anything in the moment. I haven't had any issues but then again I'm using very basic features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great to use if you are just starting off. Especially if you are a small business owner learning how to market to your client base. Great for testing, and then once you outgrow the basic plan it'll be easy to migrate to a different service though I would just stay with Mailchimp.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The user interface is the clearest and most straightforward one I've ever used. Its long history and ongoing addition of new useful capabilities make it a very strong and feature-rich tool for email marketing while maintaining an intuitive user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can have a variety of subscription groups to suit our organization's demands and communicate with people in a targeted manner. We can keep track of who opens our mails and adjust our tactics as necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The message now displays as it does in the Mailchimp preview when it is sent to an Outlook user. When I contacted Mail Chimp customer service, they advised me to employ a third-party code writer to adapt the HTML code for our purposes because they said this was a recognised problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great software for email marketing and mass mail.
