What differentiates M-Files ECM from other similar products?

M-Files ECM has enabled us to manage our entire document lifecycle and made us more productive , efficient, and more compliant. We are able to access any type of content in any format from any system or device across our organization. It is a user-friendly system that is designed to work for every end-user to use. Better Functionality, as well as Greater Usability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of M-files is its set of features and great overall usability. Also, there is an interface that is very user-friendly and the improved search functionality is powerful with so many search options avaialble. We have a great search experience that our users find it easy and quick to find content than our prior solutions. So it has greatly saved us time. Not only that we can also keep our content secure in a centralized place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The configuration is a bit complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

M-files has automated all our workflow processes and eliminated manual tasks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for organizations to try out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like about M-Files ECM is the user interface - I find everything where it should be The software is affordable and offers great security features for your content The software makes it easy to retrieve and share content

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have used M-Files ECM and I have not encountered any issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend M-Files ECM for it is effective, affordable and secure. It is the best I have used and therefore I recommend it.
